Full Stack Engineering

A fast-growing healthtech company is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join its AI engineering team. You'll help build the internal platform that teams across the business use to create and run AI agents. Priorities shift as the company scales, and you'll work closely with the people who use what you build. You'll write code, but you'll also help shape what the platform does next, how it feels to use, and where AI can make the biggest difference for the business. Building the interface and backend services for the company's agent-based AI platform and the tools around itImproving the architecture, shared components and developer tooling, and keeping implementation consistent across teams Working with product owners and business stakeholders to define features, then turning them into polished experiences inside AI applications Covering the whole stack: front-end development, backend integrations, API design, performance tuning and monitoring Raising engineering standards, spotting weak points in the development process, and making it easier for other engineers to build on the platform3 to 5 years of professional front-end or full stack engineering experience~ Strong React, HTML and CSS skills, plus experience with current web tooling~ Production experience with Python backends~ Good instincts for product thinking and user experience~ Hands-on work with REST APIs, WebSockets and event-driven systems~ Experience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (DynamoDB, Elasticsearch)~ Experience building AI agent applications, MCP servers or agent workflowsAWS experience (S3, OpenSearch, DynamoDB and similar), Kubernetes deployments, GitHub Actions and CI/CDExperience building or maintaining a design system Familiarity with React micro-frontends and modular UI patterns Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog A growing healthtech business using technology to improve how care is delivered and experienced.
