K-3 Reading Coach

Alpha School is seeking a Youth Development Coach to guide K-3 students through app-based core learning and literacy sessions. You will identify reading gaps, design targeted sequences, and monitor progress with weekly data. This full-time, on-site role supports relocation to campus locations and offers a fast-paced, student-centered environment. You will work with small groups, lead structured sessions, and stay with your students through daily routines to drive steady reading gains.
