Position: Contract, Flexible, In-person (20 to 30 hours a week)

What You’ll Do: Conduct behavioral and skills assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and support behavior technicians and paraprofessionals Analyze client progress and adjust programming based on data Provide parent training and caregiver guidance Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Ensure ethical, high-quality, and individualized ABA services Support skill development that improves clients’ independence and quality of life
