Line Boat Captain — Safety Leader & Vessel Navigator

Ingram Marine Group in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Small Line Boat Captain to lead the crew on our local fleets. This role goes beyond piloting vessels, demanding strong leadership, safety discipline and the ability to manage operations under company policies and regulatory rules. You will supervise the Mate and Deckhands, ensure navigation is safe and compliant with USCG rules, and coordinate with shore-based leadership.
