Production Line Worker - Powder Coating - $18 - $20 Hourly Wage

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm or 11:00am - 9:30pm Overtime: Opportunities available on Fridays Wage Information: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Read and follow work instructions, travelers, and production prints Hang parts on manual or automated powder-coating lines Count, mask, and prepare parts for production Sand parts and use an air gun to remove debris or excess water Place parts on and remove parts from the wash conveyor Manually wash larger parts as needed Move parts between stations using the production tracking system Inspect finished parts for defects and quality concerns Package completed parts according to work instructions Perform light assembly work Assist in other departments as production needs change Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Complete general housekeeping duties, including sweeping floors and emptying trash Follow all company safety rules and procedures Requirements: Ability to read and understand work instructions and basic prints Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to manage multiple priorities and use time effectively Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn Basic mechanical ability Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to quality and workplace safety Ability to stand, bend, and twist throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in temperatures that may range from approximately 60 to 100 degrees Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels What Nyhus Enterprises Offers: Four-day regular work schedule Opportunities for Friday overtime On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and paid holidays Safety allowance and additional employee benefits Nyhus Enterprises is a family-owned contract manufacturing company specializing in powder coating, e-coating, machining, assembly, and other value-added services.
