Manage and direct the VSA accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
Implement and improve financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting designation
5+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, with leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
