Apply for this role →T1 Energy Inc. is hiring a Cell Metallization Process Engineer for its G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, Texas. You will own the metallization process, optimize paste chemistry, firing, and laser-related steps to achieve high-efficiency TOPCon devices at scale.
You will develop DOEs, calibrate “golden cells,” and coordinate with upstream/downstream teams to integrate metallization with thermal treatments and QA/QC. 3+ years in solar cell metallization is expected.
