Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)To support Department of Veterans Affairs programs, the remote Dynamics 365 Administrator will administer and configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, manage user access, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate configuration releases.
Key responsibilities:
Administer Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments, including user provisioning and security roles
Configure Dataverse tables and build Power Automate flows to meet business requirements
Troubleshoot configuration and data issues, documenting findings and coordinating with senior technical staffRequired qualificationsAt least three (3) years of relevant Dynamics 365 administration experience
Experience configuring Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including Dataverse and Power Automate flows
Proven ability to manage user access and security roles
Knowledge of configuration deployments and release validation processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
