RN Director of Clinical Services

CompassCare is hiring a Director of Clinical Services – RN to lead clinical operations in a hybrid role with regular Stamford in-office time. You will oversee client assessments, care planning, and clinical education across the NY tri-state area. The role requires a current RN license, a BSN or higher, and at least five years of nursing with leadership and care coordination experience. Strong dementia and geriatrics knowledge is preferred; supervision and quality improvement are core components.
