Apply for this role →Workday Accounting Center & PRISM Lead | Fully Remote | $185,000 We are currently supporting an organisation undergoing a major Workday Financials transformation and are looking for an experienced Workday Accounting Center & PRISM Lead to join the team on a fully remote basis. The organisation is currently in end-to end testing, with Phase 1 scheduled to go live in January 2027, followed immediately by Phase 2. This is a great opportunity to join an active implementation and take ownership of two key areas of the Workday environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of Workday Accounting Center and PRISM within an active implementation Supporting a high volume of EPIC transactions flowing through Accounting Center and PRISMWorking with data loads, transformations and Workday pre-built loaders Troubleshooting integrations and working closely with implementation partners and vendors Partnering with senior stakeholders including the Controller, Assistant Controller and Directors Supporting the wider Workday environment where required Working as part of a lean team, with the opportunity to have significant ownership and influence Supporting the transition from implementation into ongoing production support and optimization
Key Requirements:
Strong Workday Accounting Center experiencePRISM experience ideally Experience working within a Workday implementation Strong stakeholder engagement skills The ability to work effectively within a lean team environment Experience troubleshooting Workday integrations Experience with data loads, transformations and Workday loaders Workday Reporting and/or Adaptive experience would be a strong plus If you are an experienced Workday Financials professional looking for the opportunity to take ownership of Accounting Center and PRISM within a growing Workday environment, we'd love to hear from you.
