Haitian Creole Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - West Palm Beach, Florida

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver well-child, sick, and chronic disease management visitsPerform physical exams, developmental screenings, and behavioral health assessmentsDiagnose and treat pediatric conditions; order and interpret diagnosticsPrescribe medications and administer immunizations per CDC guidelinesManage chronic conditions (asthma, obesity, behavioral disorders, HIV-exposed/infected) Provide anticipatory guidance on nutrition, development, safety, and preventive careAddress social determinants of health impacting familiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care coordination and referralsMaintain EHR documentation and meet productivity and quality metricsParticipate in quality improvement and PCMH initiativesSupport community outreach and health educationREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) Current APRN license in state of practiceDEA license and prescriptive authorityBLS certification (PALS preferred) Pediatric experience; FQHC or underserved setting preferredBoard Certification as Pediatric NP (PNP-PC or PNP-AC) preferredBilingual proficiency (English/Haitian Creole)
