Education Practice Leader Overview:
Lead the architectural vision for higher education projects, ensuring innovative and impactful designs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations. Provide strategic leadership to foster creativity, excellence, and operational efficiency within the practice. Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional growth and skill development. Education Practice Leader Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in higher education building design; 15 years preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit, and Adobe Suite; familiarity with Sketchup and MS Office 365 is advantageous. Strong knowledge of architectural materials, products, and design processes. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments. Professional presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and integrating innovative practices.
