As an Associate – Business Planning & Analysis supporting the US Surgical Finance organization, you will be a trusted partner across Commercial Programs, Deal Desk, Business Planning & Analysis (BPA), and Strategic Pricing. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the commercial and financial drivers of the Surgical business while developing expertise in financial analysis, pricing, forecasting, and commercial operations. This position is based in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, a typical day will include: Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and drive value for Alcon. Support pricing governance by reviewing quotes, contracts, and pricing requests for compliance with established guidelines. Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models used across the Surgical Finance with forecasting, planning, and business performance analysis. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Commercial Operations to support commercial business trends and provide insights on pricing, programs, and financial performance. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and increase efficiency. Support strategic projects across Commercial Programs, Deal Desk, Business Planning & Analysis, and Strategic Pricing.
