Director, Customer Experience & Logistics (Remote)

Stone Alliance Group is seeking a Director of Customer Service & Logistics to lead CS, logistics, and distribution planning from a strategic and hands-on perspective. The role supports growth through scalable processes, automation, and strong vendor partnerships. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in supply chain leadership, deep DRP and distribution network experience, and a track record of optimizing end-to-end order fulfillment, returns, and invoicing in a fast-growing consumer products
