Direct Support Professional - Beverly, MA

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Thaxton House is home to a vibrant group of young adults with Prader‑Willi Syndrome (PWS)who thrive on structure, community involvement, and meaningful relationships. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care and individualized supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities Promote independence, community engagement, and meaningful life experiences Assist with daily living activities, personal care and medication administration Support medical appointments and health-related needs Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, supportive home environment

Qualifications: Valid driver's license requiredMAP Certification requiredFA/CPR certification preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, bend, push wheelchairs, and provide physical intervention as needed
