Senior Security Engineer: AI, IaC & Endpoint Security

Compass, Inc. is building a modern, end-to-end real estate platform and seeks an experienced security-focused engineer to advance Safe-by-Default environments and IaC-driven security workflows. You will work across endpoint management, identity and AI risk, collaborating with a remote, globally distributed team. You will automate deployments, strengthen security architectures, and help govern AI security guardrails while partnering with Detection & Response to thwart evolving threats.
