Director, Employee & Labor Relations & Compliance

CSU Bakersfield seeks a Director of Employee and Labor Relations & Compliance to provide strategic leadership over staff relations, workplace conduct, and performance management. You will administer CBAs, manage grievances, and coordinate with legal counsel to resolve disputes. The role reports to the AVP, People Strategy & Workforce Administration, and requires collaboration with union partners and campus administrators to align practices with CSU policies and federal/state laws.
