Director of Enterprise Field Sales — AI & Hardware

Flow Engineering is looking for a Director of Sales to build and lead the sales team as we scale our go-to-market. You will close our largest, most complex deals while hiring, mentoring, and developing Account Executives who will drive Flow into major engineering-led organizations that build complex hardware and software systems. You will define how Flow sells, set the standard for the team, and shape our commercial trajectory at an early stage.
