Senior Counsel, Advocacy & Exempt Organizations

Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Advocacy and Political Law to guide compliance for exempt organizations and provide strategic legal counsel on tax, fundraising, lobbying, and governance matters. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and collaborates with senior leadership, external affairs, finance, and development teams to mitigate risk and ensure lawful advocacy across programs and initiatives.
