HVAC Dispatcher

Responsibilities: Point of contact with customers to schedule service calls. Scheduling and tracking service technicians to insure they are operating effectively and efficiently. Debrief technicians after every call. Communicate effectively with customers and their representatives as well as field support staff. Order parts and schedule repairs with customers and technicians. Complete all billing and invoicing for the service department. Maintain refrigerant logs Compose and send out repair quotes as needed. Follow up with customers after service is performed or estimate is provided.

Qualifications: 2 plus years dispatching experience High School diploma or equivalent General knowledge and background in the HVAC industry. Ability to multi task and stay organized. Accurately enter data into the computer. Adaptability: the individual must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. All correspondence kept confidential.  Company benefits include: health insurance, paid time off, and 401k.  This is a full-time position.  Must be able to work Monday thru Friday.
