Job Description: We are looking for a flexible, energetic, highly motivated Certified Nurse Midwifewho demonstrates strong relationship building skills, strong clinical skills, and the desire to provide quality care. Principal responsibilities includeinpatient triage in an OB/EDsetting, working as a team with RNs, averaging 275 deliveries per month with supportive and collaborative OB/GYN practices. Experienced and well supported team of 7 CNMsPrimary responsibilities include the triage and medical management of pregnant patients at 20 weeks or more, with surgical assistance in emergency situations as required. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $100,900.80 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on‑call pay, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
