Title: Apartment Property Management Supervisor
Pay: $35.00-$39.00 hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmLocation: Downtown San Diego

ASAP The Property Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance operations for a residential apartment community Downtown, leading a small team and reporting to the Property Manager. This role supports safe, well-maintained properties through preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, vendor coordination, and effective resource management.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate a small property maintenance team.
Plan and perform preventive maintenance activities.
Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Oversee repairs and verify work quality and completion.
Manage vendors and coordinate external service providers.
Track work orders and monitor timely resolution.
Maintain safety compliance across residential communities.
Manage inventory and monitor maintenance budgets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High level of plumbing experience
- Make ready turns, electrical, appliance repairs, etc
