You must be hardworking, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated as compensation is performance based. Join a firm with deep capital, multiple trading platforms and direct market access. You will monitor risk, manage portfolios, and develop trading ideas with support from 4am-8pm and access to a broad community of traders.
