Required Skills & ExperiencePreferred Experience: Commercial or government renovation programs (courts/municipal experience is a strong plus) Owners Rep backgroundExperience with industry-standard project processes and CM/PM best practicesComfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders: architects, engineers, planners, contractorsAbility to analyze/solve project issues and make sound decisionsStrong professionalism—polished, articulate, client-facing presenceNice to Have Skills & ExperienceTools & Technical Knowledge (Preferred):Familiarity with Manager Plus or similar asset management toolsWorking knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar scheduling platformsSolid computer skills for reports, presentations, and project tracking Credentials (Preferred, not required):PMP or CCMAICP, PgMP, LEED Green Associate, or LEED AP BD+CJob DescriptionWe're seeking a mid‐level Project Manager with strong, hands-on experience leading commercial or government renovation projects—ideally 5–7 years as a PM, and ~15 years overall in the industry. This person will manage multiple active TI projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
