Job TitleClinical EducatorJob DescriptionHelps prepares a Clinical Educational Plan that incorporates the educational needs of clinical employees that relates to the provision of safe and therapeutic health care. Initiates, participates or assists staff in healthcare studies designed to improve patient care. Modifies, revises and/or designs new education offerings and curricula to improve the educational plan and meet training needs more effectively. Develops and maintains employee education records that are required to meet regulatory and accrediting body standards.
