As a registered RIA and broker-dealer, we face increasing FINRA/SEC obligations and growing contract volume. You will convert ad hoc attorney work into clear, AI-enabled processes covering contract lifecycle, vendor due diligence, ADV calendars, and advisor compliance, collaborating with GC and leadership from day one.
