You'll work directly with our operations team on the day-to-day that keeps Fonda moving data entry, account setup, customer records, and process improvement. You'll be doing things like: Setting up and maintaining restaurant accounts in our platform Tracking onboarding progress and flagging issues for the team Organizing customer data and keeping our CRM clean Helping document internal processes as we scale Good fit if you: Are detail-oriented and comfortable working in spreadsheets and simple tools Communicate clearly in writing (bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus) Are currently enrolled in a business, operations, or related program Can commit 1520 hours/week
