Outside Sales Representative

You get paid while you learn. $750/week for your first 8 weeks: 3 weeks of training (1 week with us, 2 weeks at a professional sales academy in Pennsylvania), then 5 weeks selling at a starter commission while you ramp. After that, 10% on everything you sell. 12% on anything you bring in yourself. Flat cash bonuses at sales milestones, paid when you hit them, not at year end. The math. At our average ticket and close rate, 12 appointments a week is about $190K. Commission paid at deposit and install. No commission caps. A real schedule. Two consecutive days off every week, every other weekend off, and we’re closed Sundays. Appointments five days a week and evenings. The rest. Health, dental, 401(k).
