I&E Planner

Duties and Responsibilities: Plans the mechanical and piping maintenance/TAR work for operating facility Provides effective job plans to accomplish work completion in an efficient and effective manner, including material & tool requirements labor estimates, and work instruction Plans mechanical maintenance work with special attention paid to all control of work and regulatory requirements that may apply Identifies the need for outside Contractors and associated scope of work Reviews submitted work orders for completeness and accuracy communicating with Operations & Maintenance Coordinators as needs Develops and ensures the accuracy of Bill of Materials making edits and additions as needed in SAPIdentifies part discrepancies, additional work needed, work task edits, reoccurring problems in area of responsibility through review of completed work orders in order to improve future job package Assist scheduler with identification of work order simultaneous operations, coordination constraints, and sequencing Overall Expectations Total commitment to safety. Knowledgeable in all Safety protocol Demonstrate knowledge of the workflow process and an understanding of the planner role within the workflow Ability to accurately plan jobs including materials and labor estimates Demonstrate proficiency with SAP and the ability to meet responsibilities Ability to work with others in a teamwork environment Meet your commitment to complete work by certain dates or within agreed effort hours Be positive and respectful in your discussions with clients and coworker Provide feedback on work process improvement
