Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Director of Food Services, this position prepares and serves nutritious meals according to established recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate production and inventory records, monitoring food quality and temperatures, operating kitchen equipment safely, and maintaining a clean and sanitary food service environment. The position also assists with inventory and daily cleaning procedures, communicates concerns or discrepancies to the Director of Food Services, participates in staff meetings, and provides courteous and respectful service to students and staff.
