Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Student Support and Supervision (75%)Assist students on and off the bus
- Monitor behavior and ensure safety
- Support students with special needs
- Communication and Reporting (20%)Report concerns to driver and transportation staff
- Maintain clear communication with school officials
- Other Responsibilities (5%)Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Transportation
- Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GEDExperience working with children
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Training in student behavior managementCPR/First Aid certification
