Manufacturing Engineering Manager: Sheet Metal & Automation

Weco Manufacturing Group seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing operations. You will guide engineering, process development, capital projects, and automation initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Sales, drive Lean and Kaizen programs, support NPI, and ensure scalable, compliant manufacturing processes in a high‑mix environment.
