AIM is a leading manufacturer of quality custom molded and painted plastic products for the agriculture field. A Deflashing associate will remove excess material from a molded fiberglass product as well as quality inspect the product. AIM hosts celebration meals for holidays. Aside from referral bonuses, monthly gain share bonuses are also paid out based on company performance.
Shift and CompensationM-T 4 10hr shift's 6am to 4pm $20.00
Job Duties:
Sanding parts when removed from press.
Checking parts for quality issues.
Assembling and adding hardware to parts.
Working in team environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Background ProfileGood attendance record.
Ability to lift 65-75lbs.
Ability to work with fiberglass.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
