Mail Production Support

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (1st shift) Overtime is scheduled as needed, and could require coming in earlier, staying later, and working weekend shifts during high-volume production cycles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist or provide coverage in Mailing and Quality Assurance. These departments will require successful and accurate operation of large mailing equipment. Moving stock and materials from warehouse to assigned location on the Inserter. Signing off on mail pieces throughout the Inserting cycle. Learn to operate Mailroom Inserters well enough to fill in on as needed basis. Copying and scanning documentation if required. Follow company policies and safety regulations. Report unsafe facility and vehicle issues to management. Perform other duties assigned dependent on the changing needs of the organization. Flexibility in work schedule, and frequently working 10 or more hours per day, is required on a recurring basis.
