Senior BIM Coordinator (Remote) - Hydronic Piping Construction

Location: This can be a fully remote role

Salary: $120K to $150K with potential for a bonus and a competitive benefits package Career growth: In the next 6 months they are looking at restructuring where there will be management positions available leading a division.

Key Responsibilities: Lead BIM coordination for large-scale mechanical piping systems across complex mission critical and life sciences projects ranging from $10M up to $200M.Coordinate between design (LOD 350 up to 450+), fabrication, and field teams to ensure accurate, install-ready model delivery. Manage clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination across project stakeholders. Support prefabrication workflows through fabrication-ready model outputs. Contribute to constructability reviews and preconstruction coordination strategy. Align BIM deliverables with project schedules and installation sequencing. Mentor junior coordinators and help strengthen BIM standards across the business.

Qualifications: 8–12+ years of BIM/VDC experience supporting mechanical construction projects. Strong background coordinating hydronic piping systems. Experience supporting mission critical and/or life sciences environments preferred. Proficiency in Revit and fabrication coordination workflows. Experience coordinating with fabrication teams and field installation stakeholders. Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
