Schedule: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Monday-Saturday (one weekday off)

Potential for Permanent HireWe are hiring a Lead Customer Service Representative with dispatch experience to support daily operations and lead a customer service team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor routing and delivery operations
- Handle escalated customer concerns
- Track team performance and operational metrics
- Troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure excellent service
Requirements:
- 4+ years of customer service experience 1+ year of team lead or supervisory experience 1+ year of dispatch experience (routing, route monitoring, delivery coordination)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Open availability to meet business needs
Preferred: Call center experience

Pay Details:
