Location: Intermediate Architect Part-time Type Thu, Jul 16 '26 Posted on: James Wagman Architect is seeking a part-time Intermediate Architect with 3+ years of experience. We have a great variety of projects ranging from NYC Apartments and Townhouses, NYC Independent School Renovations, Rural Private Homes, Rural Mixed Use New Constructions and Rural Historic Restorations.

Note: most of our substantial renovations and new constructions are built to Passive House and High Performance Standards.

Qualifications: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture 3+ years of experience Strong AutoCAD skills Excellent attention to detail Proactive and ability to meet project timelines and client expectations a must Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Position will be full time with 3 days at NYC office and 2 days remotely. Salary is competitive and based on experience/skill level.
