Duties: Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to plan project phases and resource allocation. Lead installation teams in tasks such as framing, masonry, concrete forming, and finishing to ensure precise execution. Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery to complete fencing projects efficiently. Enforce safety protocols on-site, conduct regular safety inspections, and promote a culture of safe work practices. Conduct quality control checks on completed work, including concrete finishing, landscape maintenance, and hardscape integration. Manage project documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and material inventories. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a focus on fencing or related outdoor structures. Bilingual - Strong background in carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry, concrete forming, and concrete finishing techniques - Hands-on knowledge of welding, assembly processes, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation - Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction site safety standards - Prior experience managing construction crews and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to read blueprints, plot plans, and technical drawings related to fencing designs and structural layouts - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot on-site issues quickly while maintaining high-quality standards.
