Apply for this role →Foundry Supervisor Our client, a manufacturing organization focused on producing high-quality components through a modern RMF process, is seeking a Foundry Supervisor to join their team. As a Foundry Supervisor, you will be part of the Production department supporting the RMF (Rapid Melting & Pouring) foundry operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership, a strong commitment to safety, and the drive to improve quality and productivity every shiftaligning successfully with the organization's expectations for Safety, Quality, Production, People, Housekeeping, and Continuous Improvement.
Location: AMACOR Anderson, Indiana
Pay Range: $25 for Training and $30 after 30 days

What's the Job?
Supervise and coordinate daily foundry production activities and employees to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, providing clear work assignments, priorities, and real-time direction.
Ensure employees follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, work instructions, and company policies.
Monitor melting, pouring, material handling, and other assigned foundry operations to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
Track and respond to production performance including output, downtime, scrap, yield, and labor utilization; coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to resolve issues.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in manufacturing required.
Foundry, melting, casting, metals, or heavy-manufacturing experience required.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to equipment issues and process abnormalities.
Basic computer and production-reporting skills, plus the ability to work in a foundry environment involving heat, noise, molten metal, moving equipment, and required PPE.
