Perinatal Director

As the Perinatal Director, you will oversee and coordinate perinatal care services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will play a crucial role in developing and implementing programs that support the health and wellness of pregnant mothers and their infants. Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa StatusUS &GCMust-Haves Masters-level preparation in nursing or related health‐care field preferred Required minimum 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role with fiscal and human resource management responsibility. Required Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Illinois. NCC c‐EFM certified Current American Heart Association Healthcare ProviderBLS and ACLS certification required within last year. Excellent strategic thinking and problem‐solving skills to address complex healthcare challenges. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
