Front Desk Agent

What You'll Be Doing: As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay.

Your responsibilities will include: Greeting guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Handling reservations and inquiries, both in person and over the phone. Assisting guests with any questions or requests to ensure their stay is comfortable. Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
