Rivers Casino Des Plaines is hiring a Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. You will grill, sauté and plate items per recipes, manage tickets, and maintain prep and sanitation standards. This high-volume role requires strong knife skills, meat temperature knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly with staff and guests. Walk-in interviews are held Wednesdays from 12 PM to 2 PM at 2500 E. Devon Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60018. Free parking and shuttle service available.
