Job Type: Full-time A 130-bed skilled nursing facility in the Schenectady, NY area is seeking an experienced and motivatedLicensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)to lead the facility's daily operations. We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who can work closely with department heads and staff to maintain high standards of care, compliance, staffing, census, and overall facility performance.
Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilityProvide leadership and support to department heads and staffEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulationsMaintain strong survey readiness and quality standardsWork closely with clinical leadership to support quality of careOversee census performance and work with the admissions and marketing teams to drive occupancyMonitor staffing, financial performance, quality outcomes, and overall facility performanceCreate a strong, accountable, and results-driven cultureQualificationsCurrent New York State Nursing Home Administrator license requiredPrior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator strongly preferredStrong knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations and regulatory requirementsProven leadership and management skillsStrong understanding of census, admissions, and overall facility performanceStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesHands-on, driven, and results-orientedCompensation & BenefitsSalary of$130,000-$145,000 annually, based on experienceComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off 401(k) This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to take on a key leadership role with a strong team and growing organization.
