Capital Markets Analyst | Remote in Tampa, Florida

Capital Markets Professional Seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional with direct BPL experience and a strong understanding of DSCR and investor-purpose lending, institutional capital relationships, pricing, investor guidelines, loan execution, and secondary-market :Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related analytical field.2-5+ years in capital markets, private lending, warehouse lending, structured finance, or mortgage banking; DSCR or residential transition lending experience preferred. Solid understanding of DSCR underwriting fundamentals, collateral, credit, and risk pricing. Experience executing secondary market loan sales and managing investor analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
