Senior Director, Learning Innovation & Impact

DREAM is seeking a Senior Director of Learning to lead high-priority initiatives across its K-12 Learning Team in New York. You will translate ambitious ideas into actionable, sustainable programs that strengthen the grow-the-whole-child model and improve student outcomes. The role requires coaching leaders, designing professional learning, and managing cross-functional partnerships. You will work 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remote, with opportunities to shape network-wide practice.
