Senior Corporate Compliance & Ethics Leader

Forged Fiber is seeking a Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program Leader to design, manage, and mature our corporate compliance and ethics program across a multi-state footprint. This role reports to the Head of Legal and partners with senior leaders in a fast-growth environment. You will develop policies, training, monitoring, and audits; oversee the ethics program, hotline, and investigations; and provide broader compliance support within a small legal team.
