Japanese Bilingual Relocation Consultant

・The role of relocation consultant involves both providing the relocation service to clients (mostly expats) and sales activities, such as visiting corporate clients.・Conducting web consultations with clients prior to their relocation.・Assisting clients in finding and viewing properties, including introducing nearby areas.・Providing information and settle-in service.・Building relationships and negotiating terms with property owners or management companies.・Reviewing contract details.・Supporting clients during the move-in process.・Planning and conducting seminars to find potential clients.・Valid Driver's license・Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and other basic computer skill・Communication skill・Proficient in business level Japanese and English・Willingness to obtain IL State Real Estate Salesperson license, preferably within the first 3 months
