Job DescriptionSchool-Based Therapist Baltimore, Maryland We’re hiring a School-Based Therapist in Baltimore, Maryland who wants a consistent weekday schedule, meaningful impact with children, and strong income potential. You’ll step into a school-based outpatient role focused on providing therapy to elementary-aged students. You’ll average about five sessions per day with flexibility to provide care via telehealth, in-office, in-home, or a hybrid model. You’ll work independently while supported by an experienced administrative team. You’ll practice in Baltimore, Maryland, a historic and culturally rich city offering diverse communities, strong educational systems, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.   • Monday through Friday schedule from 7:45 AM to 2:30 PM
  • No nights, no weekends, and no call
  • Approximately five patients per day
  • Flexible service delivery options including office, telehealth, in-home, or hybrid
  • Strong administrative support
  • Mission-driven work with children and families
What makes you a great fit:
  • You hold an active Maryland LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC-S, LGFT, or LGPC license
  • You are bilingual in Spanish
  • You have strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
  • You communicate professionally with providers, families, and team members
  • You value organization, discretion, and HIPAA compliance
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Fee-for-service model with base pay guaranteed for the first three months
  • $60 to $75 per completed session after guarantee period based on experience and licensure
