Technical Accounting Manager

Responsibilities: Provide guidance on complex technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition, leases, and financial instruments. Research and analyze accounting issues to ensure compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of new accounting standards and provide recommendations to management. Implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP.Support external audit activities, including the preparation of audit schedules and responses to audit inquiries. Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations and communicate impacts to stakeholders

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Masters in Accounting CPA required.

Must have: 8+ years progressive accounting with at least 4 years of recent technical accounting experience Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Experience working with ERP systems such as Workday, Net Suite, Oracle, SAP Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
