Key responsibilities:
Follow standard operating procedures to intake legal matters and escalate unique situations to supervisors
Accurately enter and assess legal matters in TyMetrix 360, ensuring all property details and deadlines are updated
Triage matters to the correct Greystar employees using standardized templates and track responses for clean handoversRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree and paralegal certification are required
6+ years of paralegal experience focusing on litigation intake or litigation team support
Experience with legal matter management systems, preferably TyMetrix 360
Strong knowledge of various legal matter types and civil litigation procedures
Demonstrated accuracy and quality in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
